At least 50 South African peacekeepers are being recalled from Goma, in eastern DR Congo, for disciplinary reasons.
The peacekeepers are deployed under the United Nations' MONUSCO mission to DR Congo.

Meanwhile, DR Congo and Rwanda have opened a new round of security talks between the two tense neighbours.
The talks start following news of an attack on an army camp that local sources blame on Rwandan Hutu rebels who were being targeted in a Congolese military operation.
