Kenya & UK close to new deal for British army training
The UK and Kenyan governments are close to signing a new deal that would extend the British army's stay in the East African country.
Approximately 10,000 British soldiers go through training in Laikipia and Samburu every year.

The deal must still be approved by both countries Parliaments, as well as be subjected to public debate.
