At least
seven people are dead, so far, in an ongoing attack on the ministry of higher
education Mogadishu, Somalia.
Witnesses
say a car loaded with explosives was driven into the exterior compound wall and
that there is an ongoing gun battle.
Gunfire is
coming from inside the building.
Al-Shabab has
claimed responsibility for the attack.

There are
indications the latest attack began with twin blasts, including the car bomb.
