The President of South Sudan has cancelled a plan to address citizens on the progress of the negotiations in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Presidential Press Secretary Ateny Wek Ateny said Salva Kiir’s public address would not take place as planned.
He said the President would only address the nation after progress was made in the talks.
