Situation report from Warrior Operations Manager Rob McKee:
As at 10:30 am December 19th most of the fighting in Juba has stopped, although there were sporadic pockets of gunfire over night.
Air evacuations are steady and ongoing and commercial flights from both Kenya airways and Air Uganda have landed this morning.
Scores of people are waiting at the airport trying to get out of the country.
Upwards of 20,000 South Sudanese refugees have arrived at two UNMISS sites seeking shelter.
A government official spoke to them yesterday and told them to go back to their homes but most refugees refused.
A press conference by President Salva Kiir is expected shortly.
