A man has killed his brother-in-law over a cow skin dispute in the cattle camp in Thiet Payam of Tonj South County, Warrap State.

County Commissioner William Wol says a man identified as Malek was killed by Mabuoc after a simple quarrel on Saturday.
Mr Wol said the incident is under police investigation. He added that he went to Thiet to advise relatives of the late Malek not to take revenge.
